Varun Mudra Steps, Posture and Benefits

Varun Mudra is a healing practice and a form of yoga which stabilizes the water content in the body.

The word Varun means water and Varun Mudra is known as the seal of mental clarity. It helps to activate the saliva glands and through the simple move, many internal and external conditions can be remedied. It is a favorite among those who practice yoga, as well as those who simply want to live a clean and healthy lifestyle.

How to do Varun Mudra

The Varun Mudra is the simple move of touching the little finger and the thumb and extending the three middle fingers in a gentle manner. It can be done in any position, but sitting with legs crossed is the favored position.
