Future Continuous Tense
Definition: The future continuous refers to an unfinished action or event that will be in progress at a time later than now Or we can say it is used to express an ongoing action in future.
Example: Ram will be waiting for you tomorrow. It conveys ongoing nature of an action (waiting) which will occur in future.
Definition in Hindi For Indian Users:
पहचान: इन वाक्यों के अंत रहा होगा /रही होगी /रहे होंगे आता है।
जैसे:
राम जा रहा होगा।
वे खेलने जा रहे होंगे।
सीता पढने जा रही होगी।
This Tense Can Be Used In 1 Case:
1. Refer to an unfinished action or event that will be in progress at a time later than now.
Examples:
1. Ramesh will not be eating when you telephone him.
2. You will be having dinner when the film starts.
3. It will be raining when you return.
Rule For How To Make Tense:
If Sub= I, You, Singular(एकवचन) or Plural(बहुवचन) [Same Rule for all Subjects]
1. Sub+will be+Verb+ing
2. Sub+won’t be+Verb+ing
3. How+will+Sub+be+Verb+ing
4. Why+won’t+Sub+be+Verb+ing

- The child will be drinking milk.
- I will be working on computer.
- Both of them will be taking tea.
- Many of us will be getting tired.
- It will be raining heavily.
Negative:
- She will not be taking any decision.
- You will not be making him angry.
- The children will not be studying properly.
- It will not be frightening him.
- They will not be expecting anything.
Interrogative:
- Will he be drawing on the paper?
- Will you not be solving the problems?
- Who will be making him angry?
- Why will she be telling anything?
- How will your brother be preparing for exam?

1. Affirmative Sentence Example :
- वह कल गोवा जा रहा होगा।
He will be going to Goa tomorrow. - तुम होली मना रहे होंगे।
You will be celebrating Holi. - वे गाँव की सेवा कर रहे होंगे।
They will be serving the village. - वे समाज कल्याण के काम कर रहे होंगे।
They will be doing social welfare work. - आप अपराधी से मिलने की योजना बना रहे होंगे।
You will be planning to see the criminal. - मैं गाना गा रहा हूँगा।
I shall be singing a song. - गाड़ी देर से चल रही होगी।
The train will be running late. - संसद सदस्य संसद में बहस कर रहे होंगे।
The M.Ps. will be debating in the parliament.
2. Negative Sentence Example :
- हम इस मास के अंत में परीक्षा नहीं दे रहे होंगे।
We shall not be taking examination at the end of this month. - हम वृत नहीं रख रहे होंगे।
We shall not be going on fast. - वे हमारे काम की प्रशंसा नहीं कर रहे होंगे।
They will not be appreciating their work. - मैं नए कपड़े नहीं सिल्वा रहा हूँगा।
I shall not be getting new clothes stitched. - हम आपस में नहीं लड़ रहे होंगे।
We shall not be fighting with each other. - हम पुस्तक नहीं पढ़ रहे होंगे।
We shall not be reading the books. - वे कौन बनेगा करोडपति नहीं देख रहे होंगे।
They will not be watching KBC show. - पंचायत झगड़े का निपटारा नहीं कर रही होगी।
The Panchayat will not be setting the dispute.
3. Interrogative Sentence Example :
- क्या वह अपने माता-पिता की देखभाल कर रहा होगा?
Will he be looking after his parents? - क्या रमेश अमेरिका जाने के बारे में सोच रहा होगा?
Will Ramesh be thinking of going Amerika? - क्या रोगी नियमित रूप से दवाई नहीं ले रहा होगा?
Will the patient not be taking medicine regularly? - क्या मजदूर कारखाने में काम नहीं कर रहे होंगे?
Will the workers not be working in the factory? - क्या वे सरकार की आलोचना नहीं कर रहे होंगे?
Will they not be criticizing the government? - क्या वे एन०सी०सी० में भाग ले रहे होंगे?
will they be taking part in the N.C.C? - क्या तुम अगले साल आर्मी की तैयारी नहीं कर रहे होगे?
Will you not be preparing for the ARMY next year? - क्या वह रेडिओ सुन रही होगी?
Will she be listning the radio? - क्या हम जुआ नहीं खेल रहे होंगे?
